By purchasing from a Collector Vends machine, you agree to the following:

📦 All products are sold sealed and unopened.

🎴 Pokémon Trading Card Game products contain random contents. Refunds or exchanges will not be given based on the cards received.

🏷️ Product availability and pricing may vary between machines and are subject to change.

🚫 We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or attempted tampering.

✅ Customers must check they have received the correct item before leaving the machine.

⚠️ Collector Vends is not responsible for delays or failures caused by power outages, network interruptions, payment provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

🔒 Any attempt to damage, tamper with, or interfere with our machines may result in legal action.
